From talking with teachers, we knew one of the big pains was report writing.
The problem is, there are just so many different types of report to write. And to write good ones, for the value of the intended reader, it takes time. Unfortunately, time is not a luxury many teachers have.
So the engineers at TAISK Labs decided to build EasyReport. An agentic AI that plugs straight into a schools Management Information System (MIS).
The MIS is where a schools stores all of its data, from pupil behaviour to results. So ensuring we could safely access the data, use it responsibly and accurately was imperative. But we also wanted a sweet, simple front end - where teachers had total control without long lists of options and checks.
EasyReport has already been called the "Holy Grail" by teachers at one of the pilot schools.
It works relatively similar to another agent solution we developed, RoloChat. The challenge this time, is we couldn't rely on the well ordered nature of HubSpot. Instead our agents would have to look at a lot of data and decide what was relevant based on the settings the teacher had made.
EasyReport was a lot of fun to build and we love supporting our educators.
