Talk With Your Databases Using Agentic AI

The problem with databases, like big CRMs is that it's not always easy finding the information you need.

Usually it relies on 'Key Word' matching.

You are looking for "plumber", and it will show you all data relating to "plumber" as a ranked index.

But what if instead, you could get what you need, just by chatting?

To test this out we built RoloChat, a chrome extension for HubSpot, one of the worlds most used customer relationship management (CRM) database systems.

RoloChat is a combination of two agents, working together to pull the write data from a user's HubSpot database.

The first agent uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to 'understand' what a user wants from their chat.

The second agent uses the inference gained from the first agent to decide which Application Programming Interface (API) to get the data it needs from. HubSpot has dozens of APIs so this takes a bit of training.

The end result, for users is seamless.

They can now chat, by talking or typing what information they need. When we launched RoloChat to global developers for review the feedback was amazing.

For the team at TAISK Labs, RoloChat was a proof of concept.

We needed to know if "talking" with databases was possible... it is!
